Reference Number 0000406213 The Owner is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for work related to HVAC components within the existing Nurses Office on campus. Question Acceptance Deadline 12/15/2025 12:00 PM EST Questions regarding the content of, or schedule for, the RFP must be submitted via email to Brianna Belmore, Business and Operations Manager businessoffice@thegreeneschool.org according to the above RFP schedule provided SCOPE Scope of Services / Product Vendor will perform the work as outlined in the attached Exhibit 1.0, including purchase and install of two Energy Recovery Ventilators and related intake and discharges, purchase and install of two electric baseboard heaters (supplemental) and all related controls. Scope will include electrical components to support the new equipment, demolition and restoration of finishes resulting from the demo and installation work.
