The Northern Integrated Supply Project Water Activity Enterprise is requesting that interested firms submit proposals to participate in the selection process for the firm that will serve as the construction contractor for the Munroe Canal Bypass Package of the larger Glade Component of the Northern Integrated Supply Project. The bid submission process is electronic. Bid documents defining the proposal are mandatory for submission. A prebid conference is recommended and will include information about NISP, the Glade Reservoir Main Embankment Package, the Glade Pump Plant Package, and the Munroe Canal Bypass Package. The project is federally funded. Question Deadline 02/24/2026 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes Registration: While registration for the NISP Preproposal Meeting is not required, it is highly encouraged so NISP Enterprise can get an accurate count of anticipated attendees and facilitate quicker check-in procedures.
