Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) employs specialized in-house technicians dedicated to delivering high-quality preventative maintenance and prompt repairs for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems across both TCHC and Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation (TSHC) portfolios. Adhering to Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) regulations, this essential service not only enhances the longevity of the equipment but also optimizes its performance throughout its operational lifespan. TCHC is currently seeking vendors to supply and deliver boilers, hot water heaters, and HVAC/plumbing parts, encompassing a variety of brands as outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Various brands included but not limited to in this RFP are: Camus Engineer Air Lochinvar Patterson Kelly (PK) Raypack Riello Viessman Question Deadline 01/16/2026 at 4:00 PM ET All inquiries are to be directed through electronically.
