South Lyon Community Schools is requesting bids for countertop and plumbing fixture replacement as part of the Filter First Implementation at elementary schools in New Hudson, Salem, and South Lyon, Michigan. Bidders are instructed to submit sealed bids along with a bid security of not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid. Each bid must also include a Familial Disclosure Statement and an Affidavit of Compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds each in the full amount of the contract. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept alternates in any order or combination. Bidders are responsible for checking the specified electronic sites for addenda and updates. Withdrawal of bids is prohibited for sixty days after bid opening.
