The required services include cleaning, examination, inspection, lubrication, preventative maintenance, repairs, and testing. The intent is to establish a multi-year contract to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all elevators at these facilities, and compliance with the State of Wisconsin Elevator Code and other applicable regulations. Interested firms must ensure all required forms and addenda are included with their proposals. Failure to provide these may result in rejection of the proposal. The Department of Public Works reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept only those proposals deemed in the best interest of the City.
