The City of Raymore is seeking a lawn and landscape contractor to mow and manicure the City’s non-park facilities. The specific locations of the work to be done are contained in the special provisions section of the bid document. The contractor shall bid on all work. Qualified bidders must obtain copies of the proposal documents for bidding purposes from the City of Raymore. A bid bond or certified check in the amount of $500.00 must accompany each proposal. An unacceptable bid security may be the cause for rejection of the proposal. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty days after the date of opening of bids. All documents within a submittal will become open records.
