Reference Number 0000412468 The City of Jacksonville and Jacksonville Transit are soliciting qualifications from qualified Firms for architectural and engineering services for two locations within the City of Jacksonville. The locations are Project 1: Jacksonville Station Phase II, and Project 2: Downtown Transfer Station. These services potentially encompass the design development process, as well as the construction administration phases. Knowledge and understanding of the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Circular 5010.1D, U.S.C 4220.1G, and the Construction Management Guidelines are required. The City will select a Firm to negotiate a contract using a qualifications-based selection process. Selections will be based on demonstrated experience and expertise, as established herein, with the evaluative criteria and familiarity with FTA guidelines. Once a Firm has been selected, negotiations will commence to finalize a scope of work and a price during the Final and Best Offer period.
