The City of Waxahachie, Texas seeks qualified contractors to provide interior demolition work within an existing three-story commercial building originally constructed in 1985. The building demo plans are provided as part of this solicitation. Demolition is anticipated to begin in Spring 2026. The project will include selective interior demolition, with certain structural and mechanical components to remain in place.
