Reference Number 0000407613 Question Deadline 01/08/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. DESCRIPTION OF WORK The approximate quantities involved in this work are as follows: Cleaning and Sealing Existing Joints and Random Cracks 150,000 FT Overband Crack Fill (Conc. Pavt w/ Asphalt Overlay) 20,000 FT and related work as well as traffic control, restoration and final clean up as well as deliverables. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal, payable to the City of Eastpointe, as security for the acceptance of the contract. A bid bond on the Michigan Standard Form, issued by an approved Surety Company, may be furnished in lieu of a certified check. The right to accept any bid, to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities in bidding is reserved by the City of Eastpointe. Portions of this Contract may be deleted due to unforeseen circumstances without compensation. Acceptance of any bid does not constitute a binding agreement until a written Contract is signed by both parties.
