Colorado State University (CSU) is seeking firms interested in providing Commissioning Services for the Laurel Village HVAC System Replacement. The project scope involves the following: • Replacing existing Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC systems in three buildings (Alpine and Pinion residence halls and the Pavillion community building) with 4-pipe fan coil systems • Resizing ERVs • Installing new HVAC controls • Associated interior, electrical, and structural scopes of work • Resident room and bathroom light fixture replacements and associated code-required electrical upgrades (i.e., occupancy sensors, controls, EM lighting, exit signs, etc. Request for Clarifications Due December 17, 2025 12:00 PM MT
