Reference Number 0000406601 PLAYGROUND SURFACING REPLACEMENT located at Rotary Park, 32184 Six Mile Rd., Livonia, MI 48152 according to the scope of work and specifications herein Question Deadline 01/09/2026 at 3:00 PM ET The City of Livonia will partner with Pro Playgrounds to remove and replace the existing poured-in-place (PIP) playground safety surfacing at Rotary Park Accessible Playground - 32184 Six Mile Rd., Livonia, MI 48152, (Six Mile Rd & Hubbard St.) The project includes surface removal, base layer repairs as needed, installation of new surfacing, haul-away of removed materials, site restoration, fall-height safety testing, and evaluation of an optional alternative finish product.. The City reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any and all bids received, to waive any irregularities or informalities or both as it is determined to be in the best interests of the City of Livonia to do so. Questions regarding the Request for Bid must be submitted in writing to the attention of Gus Kandah, Purchasing Manager, via email at: gkandah@livonia.gov. All questions received by JANUARY 9, 2026 by 3:00 p.m., will be responded to in writing in the form of an addendum which will be posted on the MITN website. No phone calls will be accepted. All inquiries regarding this solicitation shall be submitted to the Purchasing Manager.
