Site work for a water / sewer project in Dobbin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnishing all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary for completion of the following: Old Sorters Water Line - Phase 1 Water line extension of approximately 3,850 linear feet of 12" C900 PVC water line, including valves, fire hydrants, connection to water meters, and all other associated improvements, including connection to existing water line and abandonement of existing water line. The site is located in the Montgomery, County. Question Deadline 01/16/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of Porter Special Utility District in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract.
