Supply of an in-car video system for the Grande Prairie Police Service vehicles utilized by the community Peace Officers. The Grande Prairie Police Service, including Enforcement Services, is implementing Axon Records as its Records Management System (RMS). To support operational effectiveness, system interoperability, and evidentiary integrity, Enforcement Services intends to procure Axon Fleet 3 as its in-car video (ICV) system through a single-source procurement. Utilizing Axon Fleet 3 will provide direct integration with Axon Records, allow for operational and workflow efficiency, provide evidence integrity and reduced data governance risk. Any alternate solutions would require customization, additional support contracts, and ongoing integration maintenance, increasing both cost and operational risk, as only Axon Fleet 3 is fully integrated with Axon Records. Compatibility and integration with existing equipment and technology necessitates use of a specific supplier, as the system must work directly with Axon BWCs and the upcoming FUSUS real-time intelligence platform. This integration will create a unified ecosystem combining records management with real-time situational awareness and streamlined report-writing through direct integration with Axon Evidence.
