The contracting authority will award a contract on an hourly basis to the two lowest compliant bidders. The objective is to oversee the performance of a maximum of 3,000 hours, divided between two separate contractors, i.e. a maximum of 1,500 hours per contractor for a contract term of approximately eight (8) months. The contracting authority reserves the right to modify this distribution according to availability, emergencies or supplier performance, without compensation. The Contract may be renewed for TWO (2) additional periods of ONE (1) year each. These option periods may be taken individually at the sole discretion of the PRINCIPAL.
