Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of January 26, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on February's Board meeting. Install approximately 1,880 linear feet of 8-inch PVCO water main and 15 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main and appurtenances within right-of-way and easement at #2024 West Henrietta Road, in the Town of Brighton. Doc note: The Bidding Documents can be picked up at the Operations Center by making arrangements with Ms. Joy or Mr. Doerr. The Bidding Documents can also be sent out via FEDEX. There is no fee for the Bidding Documents. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. Authorization No. 163-100 Question Deadline 01/13/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Owner in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. On this project, that goal is a combined participation by MBE and WBE firms on a minimum of twelve percent (12%) of the total Contract Price Further, neither the MBE nor WBE participation should be lessthan six percent (6%) of the total Contract Price.
