Description

Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Union, Missouri. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Stake saw cuts for removals. (Approximately 10 stakes) 2. Stake centers and offsets for storm sewer construction. (Approximately 60 stakes) 3. Stake centers and offsets for sanitary sewer construction at manholes and cleanouts. (Approximately 12 stakes) 4. Stake centerline of waterline at 100' stations, valves, bends, and hydrants. (Approximately 25 stakes) 5. Stake 12 controlling building control points for contractors to utilize in their own layout. (Approximately 12 stakes) 6. Stake offsets for curbs and pavement. (Approximately 200 stakes) 7. Stake light standards, centerline and 1 offset. (Approximately 28 stakes) 8. Stake corners and offsets for dumpster enclosure, 3 per corner. (Approximately 10 stakes) 9. Stake offsets for sidewalk - 1 side only. (Approximately 40 stakes) Fee is based on a maximum of twelve (12) trips to the site. If you have any questions, please contact Steve Laune.
