Description

Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Stephenville, Texas. Design plans call for the construction of a five-story above grade, 1,500-space parking garage.

The Texas A&M University System Office of Facilities Planning & Construction on behalf of the Board of Regents of The Texas A&M University System and Tarleton State University are soliciting statements of qualifications for selection of an Architect/Engineer (A/E) firm for the Parking Structure #2 project for Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Refer to the attached A/E RFQ Information Sheet for instructions to access the RFQ documents. As of August 31, 2026, the design firm has been selected. The construction and completion timeline has not been released.
