Railroad Commission of Texas extends this solicitation to qualified entities to submit a Response detailing the entity's qualifications to provide Statewide Well Plugging and Related Services as further described herein and in accordance with all terms, conditions, and specifications contained within the Solicitation and Contract Documents. The RRC seeks Statewide Well Plugging and Related Services to be performed within RRC Oil and Gas Division Districts throughout the state of Texas (see RFQ ATTACHMENT1: Appendix A) and include, but may not be limited to, plugging or replugging of abandoned oil and gas, or saltwater disposal wells and the providing of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, incidentals, and services necessary for the RRC, as directed. This solicitation describes the requirements that must be met by the selected Respondents. Respondents are cautioned to carefully read the solicitation in its entirety. This solicitation is RRC's process to select highly qualified Statewide Well Plugging and Related Services providers and issue contracts for Services to be delivered in each RRC Oil and Gas Division District listed within RFQ ATTACHMENT 1: Appendix A. RRC reserves the right to award more than one Contract from this solicitation. A Contract arising from this solicitation shall not be exclusive; RRC may obtain Statewide Well Plugging and Related Services from other sources during the term of the Contract. A Contract shall have no monetary value and no guarantee that any Work Order will be issued thereunder. An award of a Contract arising from this solicitation shall not disqualify a Respondent from responding to a future RRC project-specific solicitation for Statewide Well Plugging and Related Services.
