The project includes campus-wide exterior painting for Horizon Elementary School and Granite Pointe Elementary School. Contractors may bid on one or both school sites, and the award will be based on the lowest price per site. The scope of work for each individual school can be found in Manual Exhibit A for Horizon Elementary School and Exhibit B for Granite Pointe Elementary School. Responses must be sealed, clearly marked, and submitted to 1624 Fairview Road, Bakersfield, CA 93307 by the deadline. All forms must be completed, signed, and returned with the bid. Contractors must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference, be licensed as a C-33 Painting & Decorating contractor, and comply with prevailing wage and labor code requirements.
