The Town of Cave Creek proposes to combine multiple projects into one complete project consisting of 8 sections of roadway requiring a complete Cape Seal. The work includes preparing the existing roadways with a Type 3 slurry as a leveling course, followed by a single layer of chipseal, then sealing it with a Type 2 slurry seal. The project will use Arizona State Procurement guidelines. The successful bidder must provide 100 percent performance and payment bonds and insurances as per MAG Standard Specifications, naming the Town as an additional insured as appropriate. The Town will retain 10 percent of any payment until the project is fully complete, equipment demobilized, and site cleared of debris. Competitive proposals for the specified services will be received until the exact time and date cited. Proposals must be in the possession of the Town by that deadline; late proposals will not be considered. Preparation costs will be at the respondent's expense, and all responses become the sole property of the Town. Proposals must be submitted and labeled with the project title and include the Offeror's name and address. All proposals must be completed in ink or typewritten, and a complete Request for Proposal data sheet must be returned with the proposal.
