Description

Renovation of a military facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The effort involves the design and construction of renovations to Building 422 at Kirtland Air Force Base. The primary objective is to upgrade the facility to meet Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) requirements in accordance with ICD/ICS705 1.5.1 and other specifications outlined in the Statement of Work. The scope includes demolition of interior and exterior doors, removal and replacement of the chiller, installation of intrusion detection systems (IDS), installation of access control systems, installation of communication fibers with access to classified networks, and exterior painting. The project will result in a fully compliant and operational facility. Location: Kirtland Air Force Base, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
