Renovation of a residential development in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Cut a hole in the wall underneath the water heater. Disconnect the 3/4 lines, test each line individually to locate the leak. It is believed the damaged line runs from the water heater to the garage wall. Disconnect the line. Pull unfinished drywall from ceiling. Run a new pex water line through the ceiling and down the wall. Insulate pipes if located in an attic or crawlspace or otherwise exposed to outside air. Make proper connections to existing plumbing. Reinstall ceiling drywall. Install access panel where hole was cut. Remove all debris from site upon completion. Interested contractors must schedule a walk-through with the Program Manager prior to the bid deadline. The selected bidder must adhere to the subsequent contract agreement and must register with SAM.gov, provide a copy of Business License, Contractor’s License, Liability Insurance, W-9 and RRP Certification.
