Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Highland Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Scope of Work Procure, deliver, assemble, and install furniture for the following rooms in the new West Ridge Community Center: lobby, offices, enrichment rooms, storage closets, and community room at 636 Ridge Rd., Highland Park, Illinois. The Bidding Package will include the following: HON workstations, offices, ancillary and educational style furniture. The scope of work includes all necessary workmanship to satisfactorily complete the work as required by the contract documents. The Park Board of the Park District of Highland Park reserves the right to reject any or all bids in full or in part, if it shall deem it in the public interest to do so. In submitting a bid, Vendor acknowledges that Vendor must comply with all applicable Illinois laws.
