Sealed bids are requested for providing concrete for the 2026 construction year. Bids must be submitted to the office of the Finance Director at the City Building, #1 Government Square, Parkersburg, WV 26101, by the specified deadline. Vendors must be registered in West Virginia. Only one proposal may be submitted by each respondent unless alternate bid specifications are included in the proposal. Envelopes must be plainly marked with the inquiry number and “Bids for Finance Director.” Each bid must include the full name and address of every person, firm, or corporation interested, and if a corporation, the name and address of the President and Secretary. Prices quoted are assumed to be firm unless otherwise stated, and any deviations from specifications must be clearly indicated. Bidders should include list price, discount, extended net price for each item, terms, F.O.B. point, and shipping schedule where applicable.
