It extends over two separate existing buildings (the main pavilion and the J.-Armand-Bombardier pavilion), on an extension, part of which is underground and will serve as a link between the pavilions, and on the exterior site. - In order to comply with the requirements of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies for construction work, the PUBLIC BODY must proceed through a call for tenders in accordance with the procedure established by the Regulation respecting construction contracts of public bodies.
