To establish a supply agreement for the supply and delivery of paints and stains for a period of one year from the date of award, with the option to extend for one additional year at the City's option. The successful bidder must supply a complete range of products, carry sufficient stock to meet the City's requirements, and match colours with existing City inventory prior to delivery. Products must meet specified standards, be properly labelled, and include appropriate quantities of tin openers, stir sticks, and "Wet Paint" signs at no cost. Bidders are to price according to the unit of measure and quantity specified, with prices to remain firm throughout the agreement. Only registered suppliers can submit bids via the electronic Bidding System. Bidders should acknowledge any addenda, follow all invoicing and ordering requirements, and ensure timely delivery. Substitute products will only be considered where specified. All relevant legislation and safety data requirements apply. Regional municipalities may take advantage of the pricing, but the City is not responsible for their payment. The City reserves the right to reject, accept, or split bids, and to cancel the agreement with notice. Late bids are not permitted.
