Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Oxford, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work generally consists of the demolition of the existing mechanical equipment for secondary clarifier numbers 1 and 2, the installation of new clarifier mechanisms and components, construction of a new flow distribution box with associated piping, and civil site improvements. Question Deadline 01/30/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be posted to the Q&A section of the QuestCDN project site, at least ten (10) days before the date set herein for the opening of bids. The Work of Project is defined by Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Demolition of the mechanical equipment for Secondary Clarifier Nos. 1 and 2 including but not limited to the half bridge, center column, clarifier drive, scraper arm, skimmer arm, scum beach, v-notch weirs, and scum baffle, as shown on Contract Drawings. 2. Installation and commissioning new mechanical clarifier equipment inclusive of scum baffle and v-notch weirs for Secondary Clarifier Nos. 1 & 2, as shown on Contract Drawings and specified herein.
