Renovation of a military facility in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Working plans call for the renovation of a 24,909-square-foot military facility.
**This project received no bids and it has not been decided if it will be rebid or not.** Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Replace / Install Fire Safety Systems in Readiness Centers (Group 9), 21-0004, 123-18318-009, Harrisonburg, VA. The project is generally described as a Fire Safety Systems Upgrade at the Harrisonburg Readiness Center and the work includes but is not limited to: Fire Alarm work, Sprinkler work, and Electrical work. A Bid Bond is required. No other forms of security, including certified checks, will be accepted. All questions related to this IFB shall be directed to: Will Holman; (434) 294-5103; will.f.holman.nfg@army.mil. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. QA date - 4-21-2026 Bidders must use the "Prebid Question Form" provided in the bid documents. Bidders must so act to assure that questions reach the A/E at least six (6) days prior to the time set for the receipt of bids to allow a sufficient time for an addendum to reach all bidders before the submission of their bids.
