British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("BC Hydro") invites interested parties to submit a response to this RFSQ (each, a "Response") to qualify for a potential award of a Master Services Agreement ("MSA") for Right-of-Way (ROW) Clearing and Access Construction for Prince George to Glenannan Transmission (PGGT), North Coast Transmission Line ("NCTL") Phase 1, all as more particularly described in Attachment A (collectively, the "Work"). The Contract is expected to be for an initial term of 5 years, which may be extended for up to 5 years through one or more contract extensions, for a potential total term of 10 years.
