Site work for a water / sewer project in Forest, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Separate written sealed bids are requested for a general contract for furnishing all labor and materials for the construction of the 2024 Sewer Rehabilitation Project (CDBG-PF Grant#1201-24-186-PF-01). The project includes, but is not limited to, installation of video inspection of sewer lines, CIPP lining and CIPP lateral linings, and all other associated work required to complete the project as shown and specified in the plans and contract documents. The contract period is 150 consecutive calendar days. Bidders must be qualified under Mississippi Law, show a current Certificate of Responsibility, and submit proposals in duplicate, sealed and marked appropriately. A statement of qualifications is required, along with a bid bond or certified check equal to five percent of the bid. The successful bidder must provide payment and performance bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract. Section 3 businesses and residents are to be given opportunities as feasible. Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate. Equal opportunity employment is affirmed. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities.
