Sealed bids are requested for the provision of demolition and removal of buildings and structures services. Addresses and specific buildings or structures to be demolished and removed, along with the required Agreement to be executed by the bidder, are available from the specified contact. Bidders must use the required Agreement, fill in the property location to be demolished by street location, contractor's name, address, telephone numbers, email address, lump sum bid amount, and provide a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. The Agreement must be executed by an authorized representative, and additional information about the bidder may be included on a separate page. The City will contract with the lowest responsible bidder or may reject all bids or take other action in its best interest. Incomplete bids and/or bids received after the deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened. No bids may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled closing time for receipt.
