This Project shall consist of providing and constructing a drilled shaft wall, pavement repair, guardrail replacement and restorations at Varner Road. The Project shall also include related miscellaneous work as broken down into the various bid items and quantities as shown in these Specifications and Contract Documents Sealed bids are requested for the construction of a drilled shaft retaining wall for the Varner Road landslide. Bid Proposals must be submitted on printed forms found in the Specifications and Contract Documents. All conditions in the Bid Documents must be met. Each Bid Proposal requires a Bid Guaranty (10% of the Bid Amount) and a Contract Bond (100% of the Bid Amount) according to Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. State Prevailing Wage requirements apply. The Village of Indian Hill reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the opening date. Only registered plan holders will be notified of addenda. Detailed Specifications and Contract Documents are available at cost from ARC, 4219 Malsbary Rd., Blue Ash, Ohio. Any Bidder contemplating submitting a Proposal that is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Specifications and Contract Documents, or finds discrepancies in or omission from the Bid Documents, may request an interpretation or correction thereof.
