Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified Respondents interested in providing engineering consultant services for expansion of PTBs auto storage yard for three (3) years on an as-needed basis as defined by the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) PTB encourages the use of registered Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firms to the greatest extent possible on projects and has a goal of nine percent (9%) SBE participation. PTB will consider SBE participation when evaluating the responses.
