**Per Addendum 3 the bid date has been extended from 01/28/26 to 02/04/26** Sealed Bids are invited for furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to complete the Grant County High School Turf Field and Site Improvements at 715 Warsaw Road, Dry Ridge, Kentucky 41035. Bids must be submitted to the Grant County Board of Education at 820 Arnie Risen Boulevard, Williamstown, Kentucky 41097. Bidders may obtain two sets of Bidding Documents with a deposit, and all Sub-Bidders may view or purchase documents at specified locations. Bids must include security in the specified amount and form as outlined in the Bidding and Contract Documents. The successful bidder must also provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond as per the requirements. Architectural and Structural: Work includes, but not limited to, a new turf field with drainage system, new fencing, new pavement, new tennis courts, new track events, an addition to the pressbox/concessions, and fieldhouse renovations Plumbing: Plumbing scope consists of domestic water and sanitary sewer to support renovations to the existing concessions stand and press box building. The systems are designed to meet the 2021 Kentucky Plumbing Code Mechanical: The HVAC systems for this project includes mini-split heat pump systems for building conditioning and exhaust fans for required mechanical ventilation. All systems shall comply with ASHRAE, IMC and other applicable codes. Electric: The electrical design for this project includes site lighting new tennis courts, walkways, and sports fields. A press box will be fully renovated electrically, including a new sound system and scoreboard for the football field. Power will be added to the band tower and lighting will be added to the high school entrance canopy. Lighting will be provided for a new flagpole. All systems will comply with NEC and local codes as applicable. The project is anticipated to be awarded at the February 12, 2026 Grant County Board of Education Meeting as per Addendum 1,
