Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation to install additional CCTV and burglar alarm systems at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center. Work includes furnishing and installing Bosch B9512G alarm system components and Avigilon CCTV equipment, ensuring full integration with the existing system. The contractor must be an authorized service provider for both installation and configuration, meeting all compliance requirements under the Buy American Act, Trade Agreements Act, and nonmanufacturer rule. Services must include system configuration, testing, and verification of functionality in accordance with the Draft Statement of Work. Contractor shall also ensure adherence to all applicable codes, standards, and VA security requirements. Location: Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, 2002 Holcombe Blvd, Houston, TX 77030.
