Renovation of an educational facility in Outremont, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Relocation of the orthodontic clinic currently located at 3535 Côte-des-Neiges Road to wing J-2 of the Roger-Gaudry Pavilion, in anticipation of the end of the current lease - Project Reloc_Clin_orthodontie-511. The scope of work includes the demolition and redevelopment of wing J-2, including the slab openings required for basic services, the separation of circulation areas, and the redesign of finishes. It also includes upgrading laboratory B-215-1 to bring it up to current standards, subdividing room C-210 into a locker room with a complete redesign of the finishes, converting room C-210-2 into a sterilization room, including the required infrastructure, and redesigning the finishes in other related rooms. TIMELINE: Process of the request for proposals from engineering professional consulting firms for design services has closed. Deposited submissions are under review. Award is anticipated in summer 2026. Timelines of the project development will be finalized after design consultants award. Further update at that time.
