Remodeling of a municipal facility in Ridgway, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
Sealed bids for the Ridgway Borough Office Rehabilitation project, which mainly involves interior wall construction, interior finishes, and restroom rehabilitation, will be received. Bids should be sealed, clearly marked, and submitted to Ridgway Borough. Plans, specifications, and bid forms may be examined and obtained for a fee. Addenda will only be issued to those who have obtained bidding documents. Bidders are urged to attend a pre-bid meeting. Each bid must include a certified check or bank draft, or a satisfactory bid bond equal to ten percent of the total bid. Performance and payment bonds in the full contract amount will be required from the successful bidder. Contractors must comply with prevailing wage rates, nondiscrimination requirements, and submit proposals on prescribed forms. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive any formalities or technicalities.
