Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, supplies, tools, travel, equipment, permits, and incidentals necessary to remove and legally dispose of existing roofing insulation material and install approximately 2,300 square feet of fiberglass batt insulation. Proposed Award Date (estimate) 02/10/2026 Payment Bond (ADM-2009) Requirement: If the successful bidder's bid is $25,000 or more, the successful bidder shall furnish a Payment Bond for not less than 100 percent (100%) of the total amount payable by the terms of this Agreement.
