Brunswick County is soliciting sealed bids from vendors for the procurement and delivery of new, current model year turf management and debris maintenance equipment. This purchase includes five items (four distinct types) of tractor-driven and tow-behind implements essential for ground maintenance operations. The products offered must meet or exceed the minimum specifications and be delivered, assembled, and pre-delivery inspected for immediate operation at the specified location. The required equipment includes: 1. Topdresser: 6.5 cubic yard heaped capacity, 72” wide top hopper, steel construction, turf tires, manual controls, adjustable dual spinners, powered by tractor’s hydraulics or PTO. 2. Debris Maintenance Dethatcher Verticutter: Heavy-duty, tractor-powered, 72-inch working width, 35-50 HP, 540 RPM PTO, adjustable depth (0-1.5”), adjustable blade spacing, ~494 lbs, for deep thatch removal. 3. Professional Debris Vacuum: Self-powered gas engine, minimum 2 cubic yard hopper capacity, wireless remote controls. 4. Debris Blower (2 units): Minimum 8000 CFM output, minimum 14 HP engine, tow-behind trailer mount, 360° wireless remote nozzle control. All bids must be received by the specified deadline in sealed form and must include the bid title, due date and time, a signed cover letter agreeing to terms and conditions, bidder’s name, address, telephone, authorized representatives, detailed proposal form, assistance needs, company description and history, references, and certificate of insurance. Bidders must provide sufficient documentation to demonstrate compliance with requirements. One hard copy of the bid must be submitted by mail or hand delivery to the provided addresses.
