Bid Security - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 50 % - Surety Bond 50 % - Labor and Materials Bond 50 % Site Package #2: Thompson General Hospital includes the installation of new rated doors and listed hardware, a fire shutter, fire stopping, interior finishes, and a new fire alarm system. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Bid Security - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 50 % - Surety Bond 50 % - Labor and Materials Bond 50 % Technical questions submitted through the Teams chat will not be answered. All technical questions must be submitted through the RFI process outlined in these specifications.
