**AMENDMENT 0001** The purpose of this amendment is to provide three (3) FOR REFERENCE ONLY documents and extend the quote due date to January 29th, 2026, no later than 1:00 PM Central Time. he contractor shall furnish and install two new pumps within the Kentucky Lock Wall lift station in accordance with the performance work statement. Each pump must meet the following specifications: 40 GPM capacity, 108 feet total dynamic head (TDH), 5.0 HP, 3450 RPM, and operate on 460/3/60 Hz power. The contractor is responsible for providing all materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, quality control, and labor necessary to complete the work. All materials and workmanship must comply with industry standards and specifications. Delivery and installation must be completed within 30 calendar days after the date of award. Location: Kentucky Lock Resident Office, 193 Taylor Park Rd., Grand Rivers, KY 42045.
