The work includes new air handling equipment, interior ductwork modifications, and controls improvements on the lower level of the Monona Public Library. Work includes mechanical, electrical, and structural disciplines. CONTRACTOR shall provide all items, articles, materials, operations or methods mentioned or scheduled on the Drawings or herein specified: including all labor, supervision, equipment, incidentals, taxes, and permits necessary to complete the Work as described within the Contract Documents. MADISON, W All bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN.com. Bidders must be on the Plan Holders List. Bid security of 10% of the maximum bid price is required. The contract award will be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bidders are required to attend and participate in the pre-bid conference. For specifics regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders. The bidder agrees to perform all work as specified in the bidding documents for the prices and within the times indicated, and to sign and deliver the agreement with bonds, insurance certificates, and other required documents within 15 days after the Notice of Award. The bid must remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after bid opening. Bidders are to ensure they have examined all bidding documents, visited the site, and are familiar with all conditions affecting the work. No conditions or qualifying statements should be added to the bid. Question Deadline 01/29/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. All requests for interpretation must be received at least five business days prior to the day set for receiving Bids. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Responses to questions are not part of the Contract Documents unless set forth in an Addendum that expressly modifies or supplements the Contract Documents.
