Wastewater System Improvements (Emergency) Sealed Bids are requested for the construction of Wastewater System Improvements (Emergency), which consists of the replacement of sewer mains and manholes, point repairs, service connection repairs, and other related appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract, and shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated. Bidders must complete the work as shown in the bid documents, which include instructions, technical specifications, and contract requirements. Bidders must submit bids by the indicated deadline and in the prescribed manner, either via in-person drop-off, parcel delivery, or electronic submittal through the specified data network. Bid security is required. Complete sets of Bidding Documents must be used in preparing bids. Bidders must comply with instructions regarding preparation, submittal, modification or withdrawal of bids, and acknowledge receipt of all addenda.
