Also provided as an attachment to this RFP is the "Big Thompson River Corridor Master Plan Executive Summary". Larimer County Engineering will soon be taking the lead in the improvements shown in Figure 40. In conjunction with Larimer County's Boise Avenue bridge replacement project, the City will take the lead on the upstream river improvements shown on Figure 45. The upstream river improvements, part of Alternative 3C, will be used as an example project by which to evaluate prospective firms. Your firm should specifically present your approach to moving this master-planned river improvement project segment forward through final design, approvals, permitting, construction, and project closeout.
