Sealed proposals are solicited for the Annual Sanitary and Storm System Repair Program, Contract 2026.14, within the City of Solon. Interested bidders must review the plans and specifications available at the City Engineer’s office, where arrangements for inspection and pickup can be made during business hours. Proposals must be submitted on original forms provided, strictly comply with all conditions and specifications, and be accompanied by a bid guaranty as detailed in Section A 1:08 of the Contract Documents. Bidders must obtain a complete set of plans, specifications, and contract documents from the specified location for their proposal to be considered. Bidders are required to include the name of each person, firm, or corporation interested in the proposal. No proposal may be withdrawn within sixty days after the bid opening. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities or irregularities, and accept the bid it finds most favorable. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting; failure to attend will disqualify the bidder. All questions during the bidding period must be submitted in writing to the specified contact.
