**As of March 19, 2026, the project was awarded to Fischer Trenching & Backhoe, LLC with an awarded amount of $171,543.75.** Garfield County Rural Water District #6 will receive sealed bids for Water System Improvements, including installation of a 4" PE SDR 11 waterline, 4" PE SDR 11 stick pipe, 2" PE SDR 11 stick pipe, directional bore, 8" steel casing road bore, 4" HDPE gate valves, 4" PE SDR 11 fusion tee, Harco iron couplings with grippers, PE SDR 11 fusion reducer, sand bedding, driveway repair (gravel), pressure test, disinfection, fence repair, erosion control, ProTrace 12 gauge wire, and tracer station. All construction work and materials must strictly adhere to the Contract Documents prepared by Cimarron Valley Engineering, LLC. The lowest responsive, responsible, and pre-qualified bidder will be awarded the contract. All bids must include a certified or Cashier's Check or Bidder's Bond equal to five percent of the bid amount. Construction, Maintenance, Payment, and Statutory Payment Bonds amounting to 100% of the contract price are required. Bidders must register on the designated bidding website to access bidding documents, updates, and addenda. Bids must remain valid for 30 days after opening.
