Question Deadline 01/23/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Questions regarding this ITB should be submitted via online. Scope of Work: The qualified contractor will furnish and install additional security equipment at the Charles L and Miki N Grant Cancer Center for Hope, located at 303 N. Clyde Morris Blvd., Daytona Beach, FL 32114. The scope includes the installation of a badge reader, cameras, jhooks, patch and paint, ICRA compliance, and proper fire sealant of penetrations The facility will remain operational during this time, requiring an experienced contractor who understands the needs and requirements of working within an active healthcare environment. Cleanliness is imperative, and all contractors onsite must pass a background check and be badged. Contractors and subcontractors must wear clothing that identifies their company at all times. The contractor shall provide a turnkey, all-inclusive scope of work in their bid proposal to include, but not be limited to, the following: Coordinate scope of work with HH Facilities and Engineering Team. Furnish labor, supervision, materials, and tools to complete the scope of work. Install and configure badge reader and security cameras as specified. Provide and install j-hooks for cable management. Patch and paint affected areas to restore aesthetics. Ensure ICRA compliance and apply proper fire sealant to all penetrations. Perform all work in accordance with healthcare facility standards and infection control requirements.
