The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Floyd County Law Enforcement Center Renovation and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. 1.5 OWNER-FURNISHED AND SALVAGED ITEMS A. Owner furnished items indicated to be salvaged and reinstalled by the Contractor: The Work includes handling, storing, protecting, and re-installing Owner-furnished products and items to be salvaged.. B. Items to be Owner furnished and salvaged: 1. Security Cameras: Tie new cameras into existing camera system. 2. Salvage and reinstall signage 3. Salvage and reinstall AV system for the courtroom to be supplied by Owner and installed by General Contractor. C. Fixtures to be returned to Owner will be stored on-site in a location determined by owner
