Renovation of a mixed-use development in Nashville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
SDVOSB Set Aside for floor repair services for TVHS VAMC located in Nashville TN All questions shall be emailed to Shania.kimbrough@va.gov no later than Jan 23, 2026, 4:30pm Central Standard Time (CST). This requirement is to remove the damaged flooring sections from crack to crack in the affected areas of SPS flooring areas (See Pictures). The site would need to be prepped for the remaining concrete slabs for reinstallation of affected areas. Use a leveling compound to correct the imperfections and blend color (gray shade) into existing floor color (can be determined in site visit). Then apply two-part epoxy floor covering that will hold up to moisture and chemical spills. Cove inch should be 6-inches in height. Approximate 150 square footage of affected areas throughout the room, not including tying in the repair work. Contractors will be required to report to Contracting Officer Representative (COR) John Messer. Work will be scheduled after hours preferably over weekend at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS), for the Nashville campus located at 1310 24th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37212.
