Hopewell Township is requesting bids for the Rt 151 Interceptor Improvements Project 2026-01 General. The work includes the installation of approximately 3,600 linear feet of 12-inch PVC sanitary sewer main, with bid alternates to install up to an additional 1,500 linear feet of 12-inch PVC sanitary sewer main. The project includes a PENNDOT highway crossing (bore) and crossing a large diameter, high pressure gas main. Bid security in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond must be included with the bid, in an amount not less than 10%. All questions are to be submitted via PennBid as directed in the instructions; telephone inquiries are not acceptable. Bidders must comply with all State antibid-rigging regulations and submit an executed non-collusion affidavit. Compliance with provisions regarding environmental pollution prevention and preservation of public natural resources is required. All bidders must use the Federal E-Verify system and submit a Public Works Employment Verification Form as a contract award precondition. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act applies. Bids will be irrevocable for 60 days after bid opening. Discrimination based on gender, race, color, creed, sex, age, physical disability, or national origin is prohibited.
